Individual Therapy
I work with adults of various identities, circumstances, and life experiences using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and integrated perspectives from trauma, neuroscience, somatic, and art therapy approaches. Therapy is collaborative and will be tailored to your individual needs from a whole-person, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming lens. All identities, backgrounds, experiences, and parts of you are welcome.
My specialties include complex and relational trauma, complex-PTSD, anxiety, and depression; life changes and transitions; grief in all its forms; addictive processes; relationship challenges; and LGBTQIA+ issues.
Fees are $225 per 50-minute session.
I am an out-of-network provider and offer a monthly Superbill.
Schedule permitting, extended 60- and 75-minute pro-rated sessions can be requested for those who might want added spaciousness for deeper work.

Therapy for Therapists, other Helping Professionals, and Creative Spirits
Are you seeking growth in exploring how life experiences might be impacting you both personally, and as a therapist or professional? Creating more spaciousness inside will allow you to be more present in all aspects of your life.
In addition to your personal goals or challenges, we can support any of the following:
Challenges related to this work including isolation and overload
Cumulative effects that can lead to burnout or vicarious trauma
Parts of you that work “too hard”, striving to be effective and a “good therapist”, professional, or artist
You will also:
Gain a deeper knowing and understanding of a model or approach, such as IFS therapy or art therapy, by experiencing it from the inside-out
Experience trauma-informed and attuned care with an individualized and relational focus
Receive modeling for ways you might want to show up as a therapist or professional
IFS-Informed Psychedelic Integration
I provide IFS-based preparation and integration support for psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. My focus is on coordinating care by working directly with you to time these sessions around your medicine work with other providers and clinics. I do not work directly with the medicine process or recommend specific medicines.
Preparation extends beyond setting intentions for the journey. We will explore special considerations, such as trauma history, while working with parts of you that carry any protective hesitations and concerns.
Integration is so often rushed or truncated down to just one or two post-medicine sessions, yet this does not provide the fullest benefit for your journey. The greatest opportunity for your healing is what comes afterward in bringing the lessons and insights from the journey into your life. Integration is essential to transform these lessons into lasting personal growth and meaningful change.
Integrate and embody the journey
Understand the messages and what you experienced
Explore ways of staying connected to insights
Work with parts and trailheads that came up
